The Protein Calculator has changed significantly since I last updated it in 2016 and since then many improvements have been made.
I have made the entire project much easier to use with multiple tabs, and an easier to read design. I have created a separate cell in the Calculator for foods which are protein-rich, and you can click and drag links within that cell to find foods for which you would like to be reminded to eat them during your workout/habituation period.
I have also corrected a typo in the original calculator formula, which incorrectly estimated daily intake of protein based on the assumption that anabolic stimulation will occur based on the calories you burn in the rest of the day. All of these changes and improvements were made for the simple reason that I am trying to create a more accurate way of estimating protein intake for someone like me, bsn protein crisp.
